You already have the hard parts: the knowledge, the treatments, the team and a website that is starting to be found. What's missing is the system that puts you in front of the right people and follows up for you, so it stops depending on one person's spare time.
“We are struggling to use Go High Level to its full capacity, and my head receptionist can only do what she can do.”
On the systems“People really aren't focused on regeneration here.”
On the opportunity“It's a really exciting field.”
On regenerative medicine“This is not meant to be this hard.”
On the last few yearsAny clinic can copy a machine, a facial or an offer. Nobody can copy more than 30 years of medicine joined to your regenerative training. So we don't market Mojo like another cosmetic clinic. We build you as the authority on regenerative ageing, with two brands in one ecosystem:
You told us you're bored with traditional cosmetic medicine. Alicia thinks that is the strategy. Instead of forcing more volume into the part of the work you no longer enjoy, build around regenerative medicine, skin biology, functional medicine, natural ageing, PRP and teaching. Then the path to every patient becomes you, education, trust, a consultation, a personal plan and a long-term patient.
Discover (your videos, Google, AI search, Meta, referrals), understand "this isn't another cosmetic clinic", engage, captured in Go High Level, nurtured, consultation on the cosmetic or functional pathway, a personal plan, treatment, then rebooking, reviews and events. Where it's appropriate, internal health and skin health refer into each other. Mojo Klinik feeds Mojo Cosmetic Clinic, and the other way round.
Ongoing skin planning, regular therapist treatments, priority booking, member education sessions and events, and treatment credit where appropriate. It's positioned as ongoing care, never as discounted medical procedures, and only where it suits the services and the rules.
Google Ads for IV were too expensive before. That tells us that campaign didn't pay, not that Google can't. Start small with searches like regenerative cosmetic medicine Sydney, PRP facial Sydney, PRP hair Sydney, functional medicine Neutral Bay and Aptos threads Sydney, and judge them on booked patient revenue, not clicks.
Segment your newsletter list by functional medicine, hormones and menopause, gut health, IV, regenerative cosmetics, PRP, skin, hair and body. Someone interested in perimenopause shouldn't keep getting Onda emails. Where the topics overlap is where the magic happens.
Some pages mix things up. The PRP page has sections about clinical peels and a $150 single-session price under PRP headings, and its page title says "Perth" instead of Neutral Bay. That confuses both patients and search engines. We check every page for treatment accuracy, prices, titles, headings, duplicate content, location, clinical claims, rule-safe wording, calls to action and schema.
Cost per lead, qualified lead rate, consultation rate, attendance, treatment conversion, revenue per lead, revenue by campaign and patient lifetime value. Then we put more behind whatever actually brings in revenue.
Before anything new goes in, here is what is already working. Every quick win and campaign below builds on these.
The new Mojo Klinik site already says exactly what makes you different, and "skin from within" is a line no laser clinic down the road can borrow. Why it matters: it's the whole campaign. We lead every ad, email and guide with it.
"They do not want to look done" is already on your site, in your patients' own words. Why it matters: that sentence is the hook for your best ads. Most clinics lead with a treatment name instead.
Your Emcyte PurePRP comparison with standard PRP and PRF is factual, plain and careful with the rules. Why it matters: women researching PRP find a doctor who explains it properly, and that builds trust before they ever call.
You told Alicia you're seeing traction from the changes made to Mojo Klinik for AI search. Why it matters: detailed, question-answering pages are what ChatGPT and Google's AI pull from. More of the same, on the cosmetic site, compounds it.
Meta lead forms already land in Go High Level, and you send regular newsletters. Why it matters: the hardest parts of the system already exist. We're adding follow-up and segments on top, not starting from zero.
Medicine since 1993, Fellow of the RACGP, integrative and regenerative training, real Google reviews, and a site that explains why it doesn't publish before-and-after photos. Why it matters: in a regulated market, that combination is rare, and it's what makes Maria the reason people choose Mojo.
Small changes your head receptionist and IT guy can make straight away, before any bigger system goes in.
Start the Aptos thread page with what she has noticed, "my jawline and neck feel looser", point the title at Neutral Bay, then explain threads as the answer, with the skin check at the end. It becomes the landing page for your thread campaigns, on Google or Meta.
Change the homepage sign-up line to "the latest news and offers from Mojo Cosmetic Clinic" so every new subscriber knows exactly who they have joined.
Switch on Fresha's Data Connector and Claude can read your bookings, clients and sales, then match them against new leads for you. From then on you can see which campaign actually booked people in, without anyone exporting reports.
No hair and makeup needed. Talk to your phone about one thing you love, like PRP or why not all threads are the same, and send it to Kelly. You'll see how good it looks once it's tidied up.
Start with "my skin looks thinner and doesn't look like me", then bring the Emcyte PurePRP explanation from the Mojo Klinik site across to the PRP page on the cosmetic site, so the page, its price and its heading all describe PRP. It becomes your hero treatment page.
An automatic text after each completed appointment, with a direct link to your Google reviews and one gentle follow-up. It brings a steady stream of recent reviews to both clinics.
Put the skin check link in your Instagram bio, your email signature and the top of your next newsletter: "Has your skin changed? Take Dr Maria's 2-minute skin check." Every answer lands in Go High Level, tagged with her concern.
Your packages page already has course prices. Add the course-of-three box from the result page to the skin needling, SQT and peel pages, so people see the rhythm and what's included where they're reading. We keep savings off PRP and threads, which are higher-risk procedures under the AHPRA guidelines.
A few lines from the current site, rewritten so they meet the AHPRA and TGA advertising guidelines and still carry your warmth.
Two stages. First people get to know you, then we invite the ones who are interested. It moves you from "treatment, offer, lead form" to you, then education, then trust, then a consultation.
Straight away, a thank-you and Mojo's approach. Day 1, a short video of you. Day 3, education on skin ageing. Day 5, what happens at a consultation. Day 7, common questions. Day 10, an invitation to book. After that, gentle education continues, because someone not ready today may be ready in three months.
New lead, contacted, consultation offered, booked, attended, treatment plan, treatment started, long-term care. Claude reads your Fresha bookings through the Data Connector and moves each person along the pipeline, so nobody has to update it by hand. For the first time you'll see which campaign actually brought in revenue.
Trained on your tone, services, booking process and common questions, across web chat and messages. The line is clear: the assistant handles admin and directions, and you handle medicine. Anything about diagnosis, suitability or personal treatment advice goes straight to your team.
You already use Claude. We connect it to your Go High Level account so it builds the forms, follow-ups and campaigns when you ask in plain English. Your head receptionist runs the finished system, which is what she's brilliant at.
Evenings built around something she wants solved, not around the clinic: "Why your skin changes in your 40s". You talk for 20 to 30 minutes, then take questions. Invitations and reminders go out automatically, and one evening gives you content, leads and referrals.
Reception handles enquiries, bookings, reviews and follow-up. Your therapist looks after skin pathways and rebooking, including the new buccal facial. Automation handles first replies and reminders. You keep clinical decisions, regenerative treatments and teaching.
Every piece opens with her skin concern in her own words, and the treatment comes second as the answer. A two-minute skin check qualifies her, sends her to your video and a free guide, then a ten-day follow-up walks her to a consultation and a course of three.
Six quick questions about what she has noticed, when it started, what she has tried and whether she wants the inside story too. It never tells her she is suitable. It gives her a starting point to bring to you.
Her result page has your video, her starting point, a 9-page guide to download and a course of three stacked with what is included, using the prices already on your packages page.
Emails and texts in your voice: your hello video, skin from within, what happens at a consultation, the questions women ask, why courses work, then an invitation to book. Stops the moment she books in Fresha.
A private before-and-after library for the consultation room only, filterable by treatment, with consent, lighting and time-since-treatment shown on every pair. Never in ads or on social.
An education page for Buccal Sculpt and Release with a 75-second video script, shot list, three reel hooks, FAQ, a course of three and a three-message follow-up.
Education first, no outcome promises, no discounts on doctor-led procedures, risks named, 18 and over, consultation always first. Clinical wording is marked for your review before anything goes live.
Bring both brands under one Mojo philosophy. Put you front and centre. Tidy the cosmetic website page by page. Map the Go High Level pipeline, connect Claude to your Fresha bookings, switch on review requests and film your first bank of videos.
Launch your teaching videos and retargeting, then the concern-based lead campaigns and their follow-up. Switch on the assistant, segment the database so people only get emails on topics they care about, launch the PRP campaign and build skin and hormone content for Google and AI search.
Measure cost per lead, consultations, attendance, treatments and revenue by campaign. Put more behind whatever brings in revenue. Test tightly controlled Google searches for PRP and regenerative treatments, and run your first Skin + Hormones Evening.
Go High Level can also host your programmes as courses and memberships, turning your knowledge into income that doesn't need another patient in the chair.
Ask us anything about either option, then choose the one that suits you. You already have the knowledge, the treatments and the team, so this is the part that makes it easier.
