"Will it still look like me?"

That's the question most women bring to a consultation. This private library lets Dr Maria and the team show real, consented photos of skin treated at Mojo, side by side and in the same light, while explaining what was done and what to expect. It is never used in ads, on social media or on the public website.

Mojo already follows this line: the public site states that before-and-after photos are not published, in line with advertising guidelines for higher-risk cosmetic procedures. This library keeps them where they belong, inside the consultation.

What every tile must show

Compliance is the point of difference

Every photo pair carries the same set of fields, so anyone in the clinic can see at a glance that it's fit to show. If a field is missing, the pair stays out of the library.

  • Written patient consent on file, covering use in consultations
  • Same lighting, pose, angle, distance and background in both photos
  • No editing, filters, retouching or makeup differences
  • Time since treatment, for the "after" photo
  • Treatment or treatments, and the number of sessions
  • Patient 18 or over at the time of treatment
  • Shown with: "Individual results vary. All procedures carry risks."

For PRP, threads and other higher-risk procedures, photos are shown during a consultation to explain what may be possible for that person, never as a promise of an outcome. Maria to confirm the consent wording with her medical defence organisation.

For the team

How we capture photos

  • Consent form signed before the first photo, stored in the patient file
  • Same spot in the clinic, same light setting, every time
  • Clean skin, hair back, no jewellery, neutral expression
  • Front, left 45°, right 45°, left and right profile
  • Camera at eye level, same distance, marked on the floor
  • Phone camera on default settings, no beauty mode or filters
  • Baseline at consultation, then at each review appointment
  • Upload to the patient file the same day, labelled with date and treatment
