The practical things worth knowing before your appointment.
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice so that we can fill the appointment.
Our cancellation policy for bookings is a non-refundable deposit if your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment. If you are running late, we may not be able to perform the full service, however you will be charged the full fee.
If you are a new client, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for any services. This allows you time to prepare and complete the health questionnaire before your treatment.
To ensure you receive the most appropriate care, please notify us if you have any allergies, high blood pressure, physical ailments or disabilities, if you are pregnant, or if there have been any changes to your health status or medication since your last visit.
We recommend that you are in good health prior to your appointment. Please drink water and have eaten a meal before any treatments.
Immediately after your treatment you may notice slight redness, swelling or tenderness in the treated area. These reactions are to be expected after treatment and usually resolve within a few days.
It is our policy to not accept bookings for anyone under 18 years of age for cosmetic treatments. You may be asked for proof of ID. Please bring photo identification with you.
