Your website auditSerendipity Medi Spa, Canning Vale

We went through every page of serendipitymedispa.com.au, all 73 of them. The short version: you have a lot going for you already, and a handful of simple fixes will help Google show you to the people already searching for exactly what you do.

The good news first

What you have already built

  • A big library of treatment pages. Facials, peels, skin needling, IPL, RF, LamProbe, hair removal, massage, sauna and packages all have their own pages. That is a big head start.
  • Your site is quick to respond. The server answers almost instantly, which is a good foundation.
  • Canning Vale is already in many of your page addresses, for example /skin-needling-canning-vale/. Google reads those.
  • Several treatment pages already answer common questions (IPL and RF both have a questions section). That is exactly the format Google likes to quote.
  • You already show up when people search "massage spa Canning Vale". Most of the other results are booking directories, not local spas, so there is real room to move up.
  • Every page loads. No broken pages anywhere across the 73.
At a glance

The numbers from your site

73 of 73pages have no Google description, so Google writes its own snippet for you
49 of 73pages have no main heading telling Google what the page is about
1 of 73page titles mention Canning Vale
541 of 563images have no description, so Google cannot "see" them
0 of 73pages carry your business details in the format Google reads (address, hours, services)
39 wordson your Meet the Team page. Your team is your biggest point of difference, and the page is empty

These are common gaps, and every one of them is fixable inside WordPress without rebuilding anything.

Quick wins

Five fixes with the biggest payoff

Win 1

Put Canning Vale in your page titles

Your page titles are the blue headline people click in Google. Right now most read like "Massage - Serendipity Medi Spa". Adding the treatment and the suburb tells Google, and the person searching, that you are the local answer.

Win 2

Write the two lines Google shows under your title

Every page is missing its description, so Google grabs whatever text it finds, often the sign-up popup. A warm, specific description gets more clicks. Here are three to start with:

Home: "Facials, skin treatments, massage and spa packages at Ranford Shopping Centre, Canning Vale. A warm, experienced team who love mature skin. Book online."

Massage: "Relaxation and tension-relieving massage in Canning Vale, plus spa packages for two hours of pure switch-off. Book online in a couple of taps."

Spa packages: "Spa packages and gift vouchers in Canning Vale, from a 90-minute melt to our two-hour Pure Delight with massage and facial. Buy online in minutes."

Win 3

Give every page one clear main heading

49 pages have no main heading, including your homepage, massage page and skin needling page, and 11 pages have several competing ones. One clear heading per page, with the treatment and the suburb in it, is one of the simplest signals you can send Google. For the homepage: Facials, Skin Treatments and Day Spa in Canning Vale.

Win 4

Describe your images

Google cannot see photos, it reads the short description behind them. 541 images have none. Describing them in plain words (for example "Two-hour Pure Delight spa package at Serendipity Medi Spa, Canning Vale") helps you show up in image search and helps anyone using a screen reader.

Win 5

Tell Google your business details directly

There is a behind-the-scenes format Google reads to understand a local business: your name, address, phone, opening hours and services. None of your pages have it. Adding it to the homepage and contact page helps you appear in Google Maps and the local results for "day spa near me". It is a one-off job.

Bigger opportunities

Pages that could bring you new clients

Massage

A proper massage and day spa page

Grace, you said it on our call: everyone is Googling "massage spa Canning Vale" and there is not much nearby. Your massage page sits at /massage-2/ with no main heading. Rebuilding it as the go-to "Massage and Day Spa in Canning Vale" page, with your packages, what to expect and a few common questions answered, is the single biggest search opportunity we found.

Mature skin

A mature skin page

Mature skin is your focus, yet only 3 pages mention it. One page that speaks to the concern first (dullness, fine lines, loss of firmness), then walks through the treatments you would recommend and why, gives Google and your future clients one clear place to land.

Gift vouchers

A Pure Delight gift page for Christmas

Vouchers are already how many new clients find you. A dedicated Pure Delight gift page, set up so we can see every voucher sale come through, is the foundation for a Christmas campaign. With Christmas close, this is the one to do first.

Questions

Answer the questions your clients already ask

Your blog has two posts. Short, honest answers to the questions your team hears every day ("How many IPL sessions will I need?", "Is skin needling right for mature skin?") are what Google quotes at the top of results. These double as reels and stories, so one answer does three jobs.

Skin assessment

A simple skin assessment on the site

A few questions about someone's skin, their concern and what they have tried, ending in a suggested treatment and a booking. It turns a browser into an enquiry and tells your team exactly who is coming in.

A quick tidy-up

Old and doubled-up pages

Some pages have a twin, which splits Google's attention between two versions:

  • /advanced-facials/ and /advanced-facials-2/
  • /contact-2/ and /contact-us/
  • /spa-packages/ and /spa-packages-canning-vale/
  • /shop-2/ and /shop-3/ alongside the main shop

And a few seasonal pages are still live after their season: Mother's Day 2024 and 2025, November specials and Spin and Win. Pointing each of these at its current version keeps everything Google has already learned about them.

Keeping you protected

A few words to soften

Australian advertising rules are strict about promises in health and beauty. A few phrases on the site are worth softening so you are never caught out:

PageCurrent wordingSofter option
Electrolysis"guaranteed permanent results""long-lasting hair reduction, treated hair by hair"
SHR IPL"virtually painless", "virtually pain-free""most clients find it comfortable"
RF skin tightening"safe & effective""with built-in temperature sensing for comfort"
LamProbe"no downtime", "instant results""most clients carry on with their day"

We would also add a gentle "results vary from person to person" line to each treatment page. On the skin needling page, it is worth double-checking that the before and after photos and the review are from a real client who has said yes to it being shared. The same goes for the review on the Pure Delight package.

Your socials

Turning Instagram into your shop window

Your story

Grace, your why as the owner first: why you bought Serendipity and what you want every client to feel. Then each team member has their own why, and it will be different for every one of them. People book people.

Meet the team, by what they love to treat

A little video with each team member talking about the skin concern they love to treat, then the treatments they use for it, ending with an easy way to book. These fill that empty Meet the Team page on the website too.

Highlights that do the selling

You have a few highlights; let's add more. Your pinned post goes into a story, then into a highlight, so it is always one tap away.

An education library

Short education reels, shared to stories and saved into highlights by concern, so a new visitor can binge exactly what they came for. Add your skin before and afters and client reviews into their own highlight for proof, keeping these to your skin, facial, spa and massage treatments, and always with the client's permission.

How we can help

Two ways to get this done

Everything in this audit, plus the part that brings bookings in: a system that answers every enquiry, follows up the people who do not book, and brings lapsed clients back, all set up on your business and run by your team.

Option one

30 days online, over four weeks

  • Your enquiry, follow-up and rebooking systems put in
  • Your front-end offer built
  • Your socials revamped, with a social media strategy
  • Three campaigns to reach new clients across Facebook, Instagram and Google
  • Your membership offer and positioning redone, with a runway to launch it
  • VIP night run-through, and what running one every quarter could look like
  • 30 days of support afterwards
Option two

Three days in person, at Serendipity

  • Everything in option one, done in three days
  • The two of us in the clinic, filming and editing all of your ads with your team
  • That footage used across your website and socials
  • Your team taught how to run all of it
  • 30 days of support afterwards

After the 30 days, you can review a support package at that point, or come back to us whenever you need strategy and support for a new offer, seasonal planning or anything else.
